I purchased a 2022 F-350 XLT from Summit Ford. Cody, my salesman, was personable, responsive, and the bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the process left a lot to be desired.
I originally held off on updating my review because I wanted to give Summit Ford a few weeks to make things right. They told me they would work with my local Ford dealer to resolve the missing factory keypad code issue, but ultimately did not follow through. Tanner made sure to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as possible. We went into Summit Ford to simply test drive some vehicles and ask some simple questions about our trade in options. Tanner made sure we didn’t feel pressured to buy and that eased any concerns we had going into it. We felt our time and money was being taken seriously even after making it known we weren’t for sure buying. All in all, best dealership experience we have had and we will be recommending Tanner and Sumit Ford to friends and family.
Summit Ford is a very good dealership, I haven't bought a car from them, but I have Maintenance always done by them. Their shop is clean and looks well maintained.

Had my tires changed but beforehand it was a team effort to find the best price for my vehicle.
Very easy to work with. They are not paid on commission so this is the only dealership that I actually had to park my vehicle and walk inside to talk to someone. They didn't scope the lot looking for business.

He was great to work with from the beginning as we live 1.5 hours from the dealership and had some questions before making the drive to look at the vehicle. Took in for replacement part that was on recall and they did not replace the part. They removed it and put in a threaded plug instead which is not what I was told nor what I wanted but didn't know till it was done and given the paperwork. What if I want to be able to plug my car in for the cod months to help it start in the winter? I can't because the heater block isn't even there just some stupid plug in place of it. Tanner was absolutely wonderful to work with! He wasn’t pushy and he was knowledgable on the vehicles we were interested in. He didn’t try to sway us one way or another and gave us time to talk through both options. It was our daughter’s first car purchase on her own and he made it an enjoyable one! Summit was more competive with their pricing that any of the other dealerships we looked at. 5 stars and above!

We drove an hour to a dealer outside of our hometown, looking for a genuine experience. Our usual dealer sold out and we thought it was time to try somewhere else. Cody was nice and easy to talk to. However we are already needing to put money into the truck we bought 5 weeks ago. We won’t be back and we will definitely not be recommending this dealer to any of our friends or family. I’ve worked in retail and my family owns a tractor company. I would have been embarrassed to sell them a half serviced vehicle.

I purchased a new Ford Expedition. All Summit Ford performance was excellent except for scheduling sales meetings. There was excessive wait times when I thought we had scheduled a meeting.
