I have purchased several vehicles from Jamie and as always everything goes very smoothly. She always finds what I'm looking for in a vehicle and is a pleasure to do business with.
Was a pleasure working with Jamie. Made the process easy. Work with all third parties involved and I didn't have to ask questions. Responsive as well. Truck had an issue right out of the gate. She picked it up next day (1hr drive away) and returned it for me without hassle. Lastly, I took note of where the gas tank sat, and it came back with a full tank. Impressive. The little details like that matter to me. Would buy from her again.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Josiah and it was a great experience. Being from out of state I was worried I would be taken serious and/or get good customer service. Our experience with Summit Ford Beaver Dam has been awesome! Tanner was very professional and knowledgeable. If he wasn’t sure about something he was willing to go find out for us. He didn’t act like he knew everything. I appreciated his honesty. Danah was very thorough in explaining the whole purchasing process and add on protection policies. She never was high pressure in trying to get us to buy extra protection policies we didn’t want. We have never had anyone be that thorough explaining the process to us. We would definitely buy from Beaver Dam Summit again.

I purchased a 2022 F-350 XLT from Summit Ford. Cody, my salesman, was personable, responsive, and the bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the process left a lot to be desired.

Summit Ford is a very good dealership, I haven't bought a car from them, but I have Maintenance always done by them. Their shop is clean and looks well maintained.

Had my tires changed but beforehand it was a team effort to find the best price for my vehicle.
Very easy to work with. They are not paid on commission so this is the only dealership that I actually had to park my vehicle and walk inside to talk to someone. They didn't scope the lot looking for business.

Took in for replacement part that was on recall and they did not replace the part. They removed it and put in a threaded plug instead which is not what I was told nor what I wanted but didn't know till it was done and given the paperwork. What if I want to be able to plug my car in for the cod months to help it start in the winter? I can't because the heater block isn't even there just some stupid plug in place of it. We drove an hour to a dealer outside of our hometown, looking for a genuine experience. Our usual dealer sold out and we thought it was time to try somewhere else. Cody was nice and easy to talk to. However we are already needing to put money into the truck we bought 5 weeks ago. We won’t be back and we will definitely not be recommending this dealer to any of our friends or family. I’ve worked in retail and my family owns a tractor company. I would have been embarrassed to sell them a half serviced vehicle.
