Joel is Chief Operating Officer at Summit Automotive Ford. Joel has over 30 years of automobile experience.
Joel and his wife Deb have 4 children, Sam, Sarah, Grace and Isaiah and a Golden Retriever Jasper. Deb is a Special Education teacher locally. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, skiing and spending time in northern Wisconsin with his family.
Joel believes it is important to give back to the communities that they serve. He is involved with several local organizations and charities that provide assistance and programs to local children and families in need.
A strong belief if his is that you should give back to the communities they serve. Customer service and employee satisfaction are top priorities at Summit.
Mike is CEO and owner of Summit Automotive Ford. He started in the car business when his Grandfather, Bill Gores (Founder of Holiday) asked him to wash cars in 1974. He’s STILL here!
Mike and his wife, Nancy have 3 children. He enjoys hunting, boating, paddle boarding and spending time with his family! He’s a life long Packer fan who loves going to games!

Michael has been with Summit Automotive Ford for 16 years now. His #1 focus is to make sure the customer always leave satisfied and trusts that he will take excellent care of their friends and family as well. In his spare time he likes to be on the lake, hike, and hangout with his two pups.
I have been in the car business for 4 years and have an extensive background in sales management. I was born, raised, and live in Waupun. I enjoy spending free time with my wife and 3 kids. We spend a lot of time attending various sporting events throughout the year for the kids and being outside in the warmer months.
Mark has been in the Automotive Industry since 2000. He has an extensive background in trucks. Mark grew up in Oakfield and has lived in FL since 2006. When he’s not at work, he enjoys home improvement projects and of course, golfing!
Nick has been in the car business for roughly five years. He has an extensive background in leadership.
He is born and raised in Waupun. In his free time he likes to be with his wife and daughter. Nick enjoys boating with family and being in warm weather.
Jamie has been in the automotive industry for 12 years. 9 of which she spent as a sales representative upfitting work trucks.
She has a huge passion for animals. When she is not at work, she gardens, cooks, hikes with her dogs and spending time with her family. They enjoy traveling, being outdoors and riding motorcyles.
Mary has over 10 years of community outreach experience and is passionate about finding creative ways to connect with our customers and support the communities we serve.
Whether it’s through local events, partnerships, or engaging with social media campaigns, she loves turning ideas into meaning action. Her goal is to help make a positive impact both online and in person.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with family.

Danah is the newest addition to the Finance Team at Summit Automotive in Beaver Dam. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, 21 years of customer service experience, and a passion for numbers and communication. She was raised in the very small town of Lowell, WI and currently resides in Waupun.
When not in the office, she loves to golf, travel, and of course spend time with her husband, three dogs, three nephews, and close friends.
Dan grew up in Randolph Wisconsin and attended high school at CWC in Waupun and went to college at UWSP in Stevens Point. Go Pointers! Dan is a huge sports fan of all the Wisconsin teams including The Brewers, Packers, Badgers and Bucks.
When he isn’t selling cars and trucks or watching sports he enjoys spending as much time possible hunting ducks, deer and turkeys along with fishing for any fish he can catch whether it’s through the ice or with a rod and line.

Cody was born and raised here in Beaver Dam, WI. He enjoys being a part of this community and continues to grow his roots here. Cody has always loved being around cars and now gets to be around them everyday. He enjoys problem solving, and this helps him figure out the right ride for you! Outside of the dealership he is big into golfing and is also an avid hunter and fishermen. Cody was voted 2025 Dodge County’s Best – Favorite Salesperson!
I grew up in Beaver Dam and after high school I served in the Army for 3 ½ years. I enjoy meeting new people and spending time with my family, wife and two kids. I enjoy working with customers and helping them find their dream vehicle!
Josiah recently began his career in the car industry after having worked in real estate for some time. He loves getting to know more about his guests – who they are, what they like, and how he can help!
In his spare time, he enjoys a wide variety of activities. When it comes to the outdoors, you’ll find him frisbee golfing, snowboarding, and playing pickleball. He also likes to read, play the piano, and hang out with friends.
Steve has been in the auto industry for roughly 8 years. He was born and raised in Waupun. In his free time he likes to be with his wife, daughter, bulldog Winston, and friends. Steve enjoys bowling, playing softball, taking walks, listening to music, and relaxing.
His goal is to go above and beyond to help our customers.
Rob is a U.S. Navy Veteran. He moved to Wisconsin from Arizona in 2016.
Rob grew up the automotive parts business and has 27 years of experience. He enjoys motorsports and motorcycles, and being in the outdoors with his family.
Dan is new to the automotive industry. He is looking forward to helping customers with their service needs. In his free time he enjoys hunting and attending his children’s sporting events. Dan is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching his favorite teams.
Brooke was born and raised in Waupun, WI. She is new to the automotive industry, but is excited to be a part of the Summit Automotive Ford team!
In her free time she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three Labrador Retrievers. Brooke also enjoys spending time on the water boating and fishing, as well as baking!
Gisselle is bilingual in Spanish. She has been in the auto industry for 5 years. Born and raised in little old Beaver Dam, WI.
Gisselle loves spending her weekends outdoors with family and friends. She’s a huge animal lover, and has 6 Shih tzu mixed puppies. She’s very huge into basketball, Bucks all the way!
Originally from Reedsburg, Wisconsin, Amber moved to Waupun to build a life and raise a family with her husband, who is from the area. She has been part of the automotive industry since 2025 and brings previous Service BDC experience to her role at Summit Ford.
Amber has always had an interest in vehicles and enjoys being part of an industry that allows her to continue learning and growing while helping customers throughout their experience. She takes pride in providing friendly service and making each customer’s visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
When she’s away from work, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and dogs. She and her husband also share a passion for sports, especially football and racing, and enjoy cheering on their favorite teams and drivers together.
